This shipping policy applies to all orders you make at Duck Woodworks website and only to consumers and not retailers and other businesses.

Locations: We deliver to the whole world. If we cannot deliver to certain regions, we will notify you.

Production time: It takes 2-3 business days to process an order. Once we ship the products, we will send you an email.

Shipping time: The delivery takes around 4-10 business days after dispatching the products. Unfortunately due to the global events, the shipment can be delayed. In such case, simply contact us via claims@duckwoodworks.com and we will help you with your order.

Withdrawal rights: Exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. Read more at Terms of Service.

Shipping costs: We will charge additional shipping costs on top of the product’s price. Shipping costs are indicated on the checkout page.

Customs: You (or another recipient indicated by you) are responsible for importing the products, including customs, taxes, levies, and duties. If you do not pay such charges, you will not receive the products and cannot reclaim the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs for details before placing an order.

Damaged products: If there are any damages to packaging or products upon delivery, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately upon receipt of the products. Please include information about the damage and photos of the damaged products and packaging.

Wrong address: We are not liable for possible delays or other disadvantages arising from the incorrect address provided by you. You shall bear all costs that arise from an incorrect address provided by you (including re-shipment costs).

Unclaimed products: Unclaimed products are either destroyed or returned to us. You lose all payments made for unclaimed products.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return request will be accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. In the case the return reason is something that we (or the shipping company) did wrong, we will provide a pre-paid return label. In case you will have just changed your mind, you will need to cover the return shipping expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
