Our products are usually shipped out within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. And it takes additional 2-7 business days for the delivery (based on the delivery address).

You would receive the your order within 4 - 12 business days after placing the order.

How can I return the product?

If you have changed your mind and want to return the product you can do so by contacting us at claims@duckwoodworks.com

Keep in mind that you have to do so within 14 days after receiving the package. And the product package can not be opened and product can not be used.
