If you order this product you will receive the following items:

1) Foldable kitchen tower
2) Hardwire to assemble the product.

How soon will I receive it after placing the order?

Our products are usually shipped out within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. And it takes additional 2-7 business days for the delivery (based on the delivery address).

You would receive the your order within 4 - 12 business days after placing the order.

However, due to Holiday season the shipments sometimes, get delayed and could extend the shipping time

What to do if I received a product and it is damaged during the shipment?

If you receive the product and the box looks damaged during the shipment, please make photos of the damaged box and contents inside it.
Once you do so, don't hesitate to contact us at claims@duckwoodworks.com and we will help in this situation.

We can not affect delivery process, however, we can send you replacement parts for the damaged pieces if the situation occurs.

How can I return the product?

If you have changed your mind and want to return the product you can do so by contacting us at claims@duckwoodworks.com

Keep in mind that you have to do so within 14 days after receiving the package. And the product package can not be opened and product can not be used.
