If you order this product you will receive the following items:

1) All parts for the Sensory table
2) all necessary hardware to assemble the sensory table

BINS PENCIL HOLDERS ARE NOT INLCUEDE. but you can order them from IKEA:
1) Bins: IKEA TROFAST collection
2) Pencil holders: IKEA SUNNERSTA collection

How soon will I receive it after placing the order?

Our products are usually shipped out within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. And it takes additional 2-7 business days for the delivery (based on the delivery address).

You would receive the your order within 4 - 12 business days after placing the order.

How can I return the product?

If you have changed your mind and want to return the product you can do so by contacting us at claims@duckwoodworks.com

Keep in mind that you have to do so within 14 days after receiving the package. And the product package can not be opened and product can not be used.
